How it works
Hotel name is extracted from the subject after “B2B Affiliation Acceptance from ”.
Hotel email = Reply-To · Travel agent email = To · Sender = From.
Duplicates are detected via a SHA-256 hash of hotel + agent + date + subject.
Rows are imported sequentially in batches of 500. A failed batch can be retried without restarting the entire import.
